The Articulation Agreement between the Mississippi Board of Institutions of Higher
Learning and the Mississippi State Board of Community and Junior Colleges provides
for a smooth transition of student course work between the state community colleges
and state universities. Each university will accept the courses listed in the university-parallel
degree programs without loss of credit toward the conclusion of the four-year degree.
